Getting the support you need for your WinSlate™ AAC device has never been easier. Each WinSlate device has a built-in Remote Help Desk feature that allows our skilled technical support team to take control of your device remotely.
We can assist you with technical issues, upload and download grid sets, perform updates or just show you how to perform a programming function right on your device.
The user must grant permission and provide a unique ID number to permit access to the Remote Help Desk feature. Simply click on the icon and you will be connected.
The Remote Help Desk is available Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST.
