The ProSlate 6 MAX can be used with almost any iPhone-compatible AAC applicaiton available on the Apple App Store.
When an AAC user receives their commutation device from Forbes AAC, the application that was recommended by their speech therapist will be pre-loaded onto their ProSlate device. That means the device will arrive to the AAC user’s door ready to use!
As part of our commitment to your success, our Forbes AAC Tech Support Team and our Assistive Technology Specialists will provide support for the communication application that is running on the ProSlate device for the entire time you own the device.

TouchChat HD
With TouchChat HD, words, phrases and messages are spoken with a built-in voice synthesizer or by playing recorded message. An option for silent communication is also included, and messages can be shared on Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ and sent out via iMessage and email.

Speech Assistant AAC is a text-to-speech app designed for iPad (and iPhone) that helps individuals with speech impairments communicate. It offers customizable categories and phrases, allowing users to create personalized communication boards. The app supports various features like symbol and photo integration, full-screen mode for larger text display, and even supports Apple Watch.

CoughDrop
CoughDrop can be personalized using the included symbol set, user-provided images, camera photos, user-recorded audio or speech synthesis. The app can be run on multiple devices, so you can log in on your tablet, phone and computer and have access to the same communication tools.
