Basic
The Basic package includes design of communication board format for a one sided finished version. You will need to provide a PDF of the application pageset and a corresponding QR code. The Basic includes two revisions of changes of the original art or production file. Final art will be an Adobe Illustrator file with outlined fonts in a PDF file format.

Intermediate
The Intermediate package includes design of communication board format for a two sided finished version including a translation in an agreed upon language. You will need to provide two PDFs of the application pagesets and a corresponding QR codes. The Intermediate package includes two revisions of changes of the original art or production file. Final art will be an Adobe Illustrator file with outlined fonts in a PDF file format.

Advanced
The Advanced package includes design of communication board format for a two sided finished version including a translation in an agreed upon language using our clinician for assistance. We will need to provide the PDFs of the application pagesets and a corresponding QR codes. The Advanced package includes four revisions of changes of the original art or production file. Final art will be an Adobe Illustrator file with outlined fonts in a PDF file format.
